THE ROLE

Join a hands-on field operations team supporting critical oilfield and hydraulic fracturing equipment in both shop and customer environments. In this role, you’ll install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair fracturing pumps and related equipment while providing technical support to customers in the field. This position offers the opportunity to work independently, travel to customer locations, and play a key role in maintaining safe and efficient oilfield operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Equipment installation & repair: Install, inspect, diagnose, and repair fluid ends, power ends, and related fracturing pump equipment at company facilities and customer locations

  • Field service support: Respond to customer service calls, troubleshoot equipment issues, and provide technical support in both scheduled and emergency situations

  • Preventative maintenance: Evaluate equipment performance and identify maintenance or repair needs to ensure reliable operation in the field

  • Customer interaction: Communicate directly with customers regarding equipment concerns, operational issues, and service recommendations

  • Safety compliance: Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational regulations while maintaining a safe work environment

  • Documentation & reporting: Complete required service documentation, inspection reports, and job-related paperwork accurately and on time

  • Inventory management: Assist with tracking and managing inventory, parts, tools, and materials needed for job execution

  • Equipment operation: Utilize precision measuring tools, torqueing equipment, and specialized oilfield service tools during repair and maintenance activities

  • Independent field work: Perform assignments with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism

  • Additional support: Perform other related duties as assigned within the physical requirements of the role

WHAT YOU BRING

  • High mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • 3–4 years of experience working with oilfield service equipment or related mechanical systems

  • Experience identifying, evaluating, installing, and repairing fracturing pump equipment

  • Knowledge of fluid ends, power ends, hydraulics, and oilfield pressure systems

  • Understanding of oilfield drilling terminology, cementation processes, and casing accessories

  • Experience working with torqueing equipment and precision measuring tools

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

  • Ability to complete comprehensive pre-job and post-job reporting

  • Basic computer skills, including experience with Excel and standard software applications

  • Ability to work independently and manage field assignments with minimal supervision

  • Strong communication and customer service skills when working directly with clients and field personnel

  • Willingness and ability to travel for work assignments as needed

  • Valid Class C driver’s license

  • Ability to work safely in physically demanding field environments

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Technical training or equivalent hands-on experience preferred

  • 3–4 years of related oilfield or mechanical service experience

  • Valid Class C driver’s license

  • Basic computer and reporting skills

  • Ability to legally work in the United States

  • Willingness to travel and work in field environments as required
