    Once terms are finalized, our recruiting team begins immediately. In most cases, you can expect to begin reviewing qualified candidates within 2–3 business days. More specialized roles may require additional time, but you will receive consistent communication and updates throughout.

  • In most cases, Stetson Global operates on a contingency basis — meaning we are compensated only after you successfully hire one of our candidates.

    Our fee is calculated as a percentage of the candidate’s first-year cash compensation for permanent placements. We also offer contract and contract-to-hire arrangements when flexibility is needed.
