IS IT POSSIBLE FOR MY COMPANY TO REMAIN ANONYMOUS?

Stetson Global believes that we have a strong responsibility to our client’s privacy needs and will do everything possible to accommodate all confidentiality requests.

Our typical process involves keeping the client’s name confidential until we’ve had numerous conversations with a prospective candidate, established a skill set match and a mutual interest in presenting the candidate for consideration. At that time we discuss the specifics of your firm, the background of the company and reporting structure for the position with the candidate and field their questions about their potential new employer. In summary, your company’s name is not revealed to candidates until we determine a candidate to be a true prospect for your role.

Should you seek a more intense and further reaching level of confidentiality, we can discuss those requirements.

WHERE DO YOU FIND CANDIDATES?

In a word, networking. At Stetson Global we conduct a lot of phone calls, attend many industry functions and navigate through industry professional associations, online forums and garner referrals to continuously build our network.

With that hands-on networking function in mind, using Stetson Global allows you to hire candidates from your competitors in a way your internal staff cannot without creating professional animosities. We can target specific firms in our direct recruiting efforts without your firm’s management or human resources staff being involved in the extraction. That separation is very important in future dealings between companies, be that as collaborators, merger partners or even just industry networking.

Our recruiting staff works tirelessly through these referrals, direct sourcing tactics and networking opportunities to find you the best candidates in the industry for your firm.

HOW AND WHEN DO I START RECEIVING QUALIFIED CANDIDATES?

Begin the process by contacting Stetson Global to discuss the position you need filled. We will talk through the details of the role, your availability for interviews, your desired timeline for a start date and the compensation parameters of the position.

Next, we sign a contract agreeing to terms and then immediately notify our recruiting staff to begin the search for your candidate. In most cases, you will start receiving information about qualified candidates within 2-3 business days. Of course more niche skill sets may take more time, but you will receive continual communication of the progress in our sourcing efforts, even if we’re hitting speed bumps along the way.

HOW MUCH DOES YOUR SERVICE COST?

In most cases, Stetson Global works on a contingency basis. In short, we generally receive compensation only after you have hired one of our candidates and are 100% satisfied with the placement. We charge a percentage of the first year’s cash compensation for permanent employee hires. Contract and Contract-to-Hire arrangements are also available.
