ROBOTICS TECHNICIAN - Multiple Locations
Stetson Global is currently looking for several hardworking and dynamic individuals in the role of Robotics Technician.
Reporting to the Project Manager and collaborating with the Robotics Engineers, Robotic Technicians ensure proper operation and repair of robotic automation in an active manufacturing environment.

Candidates need to be comfortable working as a team and directly involved in the testing and hands-on with the equipment to design a solution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide general ABB robot troubleshooting.
Adjust robot positions to meet quality requirements.
Replace robot cabling as needed.
Perform Preventative maintenance on robot and controller.
Perform Preventative maintenance on EOAT’s including testing function.
Identify opportunities to improve uptime and reduce costs through understanding downtime and implementation of preventative solutions for long term success.
Observe and practices all applicable lockout/tagout requirements during all activities.
Understands robotic and cell safety.
ACADEMIC/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 years’ Robotic Tech experience in a manufacturing setting.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Prior robot programming experience is required.
Must be self-motivated with an ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot.
Must be able to read and understand work instructions.
Ability to communicate with all levels within plant.
Must possess mechanical, electrical and computer.skills and work well within a team environment.
